• All materials of the course, you just do the PowerPoint Presentation

Who are we?Tekwill Academy is an IT specialist training and career guidance program. It facilitates the integration of new professionals into the labor market, depending on individual talents and employers’ needs. 
More than 1700 students have graduated since its founding, and more than 7000 enthusiasts have attended workshops and guidance sessions.

You are a great fit if you:

• have between 4 and 10 hours per week for the training activity
• are well organized with strong analytical skills
• have at least three years of experience in the IT field
• possess the ability to form interpersonal relationships and provide support
• manage to identify barriers and redress them
• committed to mentoring and supporting beginners in their development
• master the skills of training and assessment of competencies

Specific duties and responsibilities:

• Adapt course content and materials on your particular course subject 
• conduct weekly lessons for students taking the course, based on an agreed schedule
• evaluate learner’s progress and growth over time course development;
• provide individual feedback and mentoring support to learners enrolled in the course;
• evaluate learners’ projects after course completion and provide qualitative feedback.

1. Meeting with the Tekwill Academy Team
2. Agreement on the course structure and start date
3. Contract signing
4. The mentor is getting ready for the course
5. Course launch
6. Intermediary feedback at the half of the course
7. Graduation
8. Transfer of the money for tickets to Maldive
