STUDENȚII ȘI COMPANIILE DIN IT ÎȘI DAU ÎNTÂLNIRE LA O NOUĂ EDIȚIE „ICT CAREER ORIENTATION”

Noi oportunități pentru tinerii interesați de o carieră în domeniul IT. Pe 25 octombrie va avea loc o nouă ediție „ICT Career Orientation” – cel mai mare eveniment de orientare profesională în domeniul Tehnologiei Informației și Comunicațiilor dedicat elevilor și studenților din cadrul instituțiilor de învățământ, inclusiv cel superior și profesional tehnic. Ediția din acest an se va desfășura în incinta Centrului de Excelență în Domeniul TIC „Tekwill” (str. Studenților 9/11), cu începere de la ora 8.30.
Ce aflați nou la „ICT Career Orientation” 2018?
Pe parcursul a 5 ore, participanții vor avea posibilitatea să exploreze și să însușească cunoștințe valoroase despre multiplele direcții oferite de o carieră în domeniul IT, metodologiile, metodele și instrumentele aplicate în cadrul companiilor de profil. La fel, tineri vor putea obține unele recomandări privind dezvoltarea continuă și accesarea unor oportunități motivante de angajare, precum și sfaturi privind resursele ce pot fi utilizate și pașii care trebuie întreprinși pentru o carieră reușită. Tradițional, evenimentul se va desfășura pe două direcții:
- Sesiuni de orientare în carieră/ateliere practice pe tematici de actualitate maximă, moderate de profesioniști cu experiență extensivă în companiile IT. Quality Asurance, Front End Development, Programare Funcțională, eCommerce, Computer graphics – sunt doar o parte din subiectele care vor fi abordate în cadrul evenimentului. Cele 23 de sesiuni și workshopuri incluse în agendă se vor desfășura în limbile română și rusă.
- ICT Job Shop, în cadrul căruia participanții vor putea discuta direct cu potențialii angajatori și vor afla care sunt condiţiile de angajare, ofertele de muncă, oportunitățile de stagiere. Studenții sunt îndemnați să profite la maxim de deschiderea companiilor, care le vor oferi răspunsuri la toate întrebările și care îi va ajuta să își mărească șansele de a obține joburi la înălțimea așteptărilor.
Ce companii participă în cadrul ediției curente?
Ediția curentă le oferă tinerilor posibilitatea de a cunoaște, interacționa și stabili conexiuni cu lideri ai industriei IT din Moldova. Endava, Pentalog, Allied Testing, Ellation Moldova, Amdaris, Inther Software Development, Orange Systems, Tacit Knowledge, Simpals, Noction, Moldcell, NetInfo, Cedacri International, Gilat Satellite Networks MDC, Best4u Development, StarLab vor fi prezente la eveniment cu sesiuni de orientare, workshopuri, recomandări, oportunități și disponibilitatea de a răspunde la toate întrebările privind condițiile de angajare, afirmare și avansare în domeniul IT.

„ICT Career Orientation” este organizat de către Asociaţia Naţională a Companiilor din Domeniul TIC cu susținerea Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională, a Guvernului Suediei și a Cooperării Austriece pentru Dezvoltare. Partener al evenimentului: Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei.
Evenimentul este organizat anual începând cu 2010 și are drept scop motivarea şi ghidarea tinerilor spre cunoaşterea şi valorificarea oportunităţilor de angajare, dezvoltare și avansare profesională în domeniul TIC. Peste 600 de tineri au participat în cadrul ediției „ICT Career Orientation” din 2017.
