Request for Proposals (RFP) & Expression of Interest (RFEI)
We invite presentations, workshops, and demonstrations that address actionable AI and Big Data solutions. Your submission will be considered for both the Conference program (RFP) and potential post-conference collaborations (RFEI) under the Hub Initiative.

Those selected will be invited to collaborate on priority projects under the AI & Big Data Hub Initiative, with eventual opportunities including:

- Policy & regulatory guidance: contribute to shaping AI governance frameworks and best practices.
- Multiple sectorial partnerships: extend AI impact across agriculture, education, healthcare, finance, and more.
Submission Guidelines
Eligibility:
- Open to business leaders, researchers, practitioners, public sector representatives, startups, and academics.
Required Materials:
- Title and abstract (max. 300 words): summarize your project, its relevance, and the potential impact.
- Presenter bio (max. 150 words): include key accomplishments and expertise.
- Session format: state whether it’s a keynote, panel, workshop, or demonstration.
- Technical requirements: specify any equipment, internet needs, or special setup.
- Expression of interest (optional): describe how you’d like to collaborate post-conference.
Evaluation Criteria:
- Alignment with conference and Hub Initiative themes.
- Practicality and scalability of proposed solution.
- Innovativeness and originality.
- Potential for long-term, post-conference impact.
Timeline
- Submission deadline: February 15, 2025
- Notification of acceptance: March 1, 2025
- Final presentation materials due: March 20, 2025
