MOLDOVA GOES TO NORDIC GAME

The Moldovan Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) in partnership with Moldovan Investment and Export Promotion Organization (MIEPO) gathered a delegation formed of Moldovan game development industry leaders to represent Moldova at the Nordic Game Conference in Malmö, Sweden, which will take place between the 23rd and 25th of May 2018.

The travelling group consists of:

3. Ștefan Nistor, Marketing Officer at Tekwill;
4. Vasile Schidu, Creative Lead & UX/UI Developer at ATIC and Tekwill;
5. Nicolae Covalenco, Unity Center Project Manager and Tekwill;
6. Vasile Braga, CEO at Game Factory Conference;
7. Alexandru Știrbu, CEO at Rest In Play;
8. Andrei Cravțov, Technical Artist at Rest In Play;
9. Dumitru Chetrușca, CEO at DEMENCI Softworks;
10. Cristian Manolachi, CEO at Atomic Fabrik;
11. Evghenii Caraion, CEO at Beeast Games;
12. Iurie Slobodcicov, Programmer at Beeast Games;
13. Artem Bociarev, Artist at Silverina;
14. Elena Plotnikova, Marketing Officer at Spooky House Studios.

The participants were carefully selected after the open call for participation which was launched on the 5th of April 2018.

The purpose of this travel is to create meaningful connections with relevant international agents in the gaming industry, attract investments and genuine interest in the Moldovan game development ecosystem.

The participation of Moldovan startups at Nordic Game 2018 is organized with the support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Government of Sweden within “Moldova ICT Excellence Center Project” – Tekwill.
