About Tekwill

Tekwill has been designed as a national public private partnership between the Government of Moldova, USAID, Microsoft, and IBM to answer the needs of the ICT industry to close the gap of the human capital shortage, as well as support the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. The initial goal of the project is to contribute to the extension of Tekwill as a sustainable network and deploy its programs on both the regional and national level. The project aims to determine the operation model of the network, business plans for the centers and partners in the regions, deploy scalable activities to connect an estimated 150,000 people to ICT (school and university students, community, etc.), deploy entrepreneurship programs aiming at both scaling up existing programs, as well as create inclusive innovation platforms for the regions with their respective specifics and potential to absorb/apply ICT. We envision a minimum 10,000 beneficiaries, per year, for each pillar, education and entrepreneurship. As a result of the project, two main outcomes are expected: more and better qualified skills and workforce developed leading to a stronger ICT industry in Moldova, as well as creating the premises for a Moldovan start-up program to drive opportunities for companies seeking capital.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door;
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution, including Communication Outreach, Social Media Channels, Increased Engagement;
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis;
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups;
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors;
  • · Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely;
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies;
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals;
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, campaign results, and consumer trends;
  • Build marketing strategies, plans, and road maps in order to achieve the KPIs of the company;
  • Distribute marketing budget across channels and activities to achieve maximum ROI (ATL, BTL, etc.);
  • Representing the company’s image in communication with partners and service provider;
  • Collaborate with the team to create new content ideas;
  • Ensures the identity of the project in the copywriting process through tone, voice and terminology;
  • Develops regular newsletter campaigns;
  • Independently analyze the performance of all campaigns;
  • Collaborates closely with the designer to develop graphic content;
  • Generate and update information on the website (creating, writing content and adding information to the website), Product description: text, photo download;
  • Fulfilling the tasks of translating texts;
  • Monitoring the information on the website;

  • Monthly marketing plans and analysis of the products and services delivered;
  • Social media reports, coordination of social media campaigns;
  • Partnerships building and co-branding if necessary;
  • Any other documentation that is required for the best reach of the set forth results.
