DESCRIPTION:Moldovenii din diasporă pot opera transferuri bănești sau își pot plăti servicii și facturi din țară cu ajutorul unei aplicații digitale. Vorbim despre soluția Paynet – un portofel virtual – care le permite utilizatorilor să transfere bani acasă cu comisioane mai mici\, să plătească facturile sau alte taxe online fără a se deplasa la bancă\, de acasă – în siguranță. Aplicația\, disponibilă deja pentru mai multe state ale lumii\, a fost dezvoltată de către compania Paynet cu susținerea TEKWILL în cadrul „Inițiativei de încurajare a implicării sectorului privat”\, proiect prin care cu suportul USAID și al Suediei sunt generate soluții de e-commerce utile societății\, dar și oportunități de atragere și pregătire a profesioniștilor în domeniul IT. \nDiaspora – sursă importantă de venit pentru moldovenii rămași acasă \nPotrivit Organizației Internaționale a Migrației\, peste 25% de familii din Republica Moldova primesc bani de la rudele aflate la muncă peste hotare\, iar aproape jumătate din acestea depind în totalitate de remitențe. În anul 2019\, remitențele personale au constituit 1\,3 miliarde de dolari. Mai mult de jumătate din totalul transferurilor provin din UE și Marea Britanie. În topul țărilor\, transferurile din Israel sunt cele mai consistente – 18\,3%\, urmat de Italia și Rusia\, cu puțin peste 14% fiecare. Experții susțin că este greu de estimat o cifră reală a sumei provenite din remitențe\, întrucât unii cetățeni încă preferă să transmită banii prin canale informale – microbuzele de rută\, prieteni\, vecini etc. În anul curent\, din cauza pandemiei care a sistat transporturile internaționale\, numărul persoanelor care au apelat la transferuri electronice s-a majorat. Pentru a îmbunătăți accesul diasporei la servicii de comerț online\, a fost dezvoltată o aplicație digitală\, care le permite moldovenilor din diasporă să efectueze operațiuni financiare oriunde s-ar afla\, direct de pe telefonul mobil. \nAplicație digitală pentru simplificarea procedurilor financiare \nPentru ca moldovenii să nu mai fie nevoiți să apeleze la plicuri transmise șoferilor sau să achite comisioanele mari pentru serviciile bancare\, dezvoltatorul aplicației a simplificat procedurile. Astfel\, utilizatorii acesteia se pot înregistra doar folosind numărul de telefon din țara în care se află. Tranzacțiile sunt securizate cu ajutorul unui cod-parolă de unică folosință\, ce este transmis prin SMS și fără introducerea căruia nu sunt confirmate operațiunile. La scurt timp de la lansare aplicația a fost descărcată de cca 90 de mii de moldoveni din diferite state: Moldova\, Italia\, Germania etc. Peste 5600 de conaționali din diasporă au devenit utilizatorii acesteia\, iar cca 100 de mii de lei au fost transferați prin intermediul ei. \nCălin Gryadcenco\, director executiv Paynet: „Ideea din spatele aplicației paynet.md constă în crearea unui portofel electronic\, în care se stochează informațiile despre cardurile bancare ale utilizatorilor\, iar orice operațiune financiară devine mai ușor și mai rapid de întreprins. Folosind aplicația\, moldovenii aflați oriunde în lume\, pot achita facturi telefonice\, servicii comunale\, internet și televiziune\, produse de frumusețe și sănătate\, credite sau taxe la stat etc. Nu e nevoie să plece la bancă\, să stea la cozi. Acum ei pot face orice operațiune de acasă\, în siguranță. Până acum\, toate tranzacțiile înregistrate au fost de succes\, iar noi ne-am angajat să ajustăm opțiunile constant\, pentru ca toți utilizatorii să se bucure de o experiență plăcută.” \n \n  \nAplicația este una din cele 10 inițiative private susținute în cadrul „Inițiativei de încurajare a implicării sectorului privat” de către TEKWILL cu suportul USAID și al Suediei. Suportul financiar de până la 25.000 USD a fost disponibil companiilor din domeniul IT\, acoperind în jur de 50% din întregul cost al inițiativei. De acest suport au beneficiat cei care au demonstrat că soluțiile lor pot produce impact asupra pieței\, precum și că dețin un potențial adecvat al echipei de implementare. Inițiativa vine să reconfirme unul dintre angajamentele strategice ale proiectului – de a contribui la digitalizarea societății\, dar și la majorarea numărului de specialiști în domeniu\, creșterea calității capitalului uman și progresului industriei IT în general. \nAna Chirița\, directoarea proiectului TEKWILL: „Plățile online devin din ce în ce mai populare printre utilizatori\, mai ales în perioada pandemiei de COVID-19. Până în 2024\, se estimează că volumul plăților globale efectuate prin platforme online va crește la 6 trilioane de dolari. Perioadele recente de distanțare socială nu au făcut decât să accelereze această dezvoltare și să confirme tendințele internaționale. Datorită inovațiilor și utilizării adecvate a platformelor digitale\, tehnologia financiară poate fi cheia gestionării cu succes a banilor. Or\, asta ne-am propus și noi la TEKWILL\, să încurajăm și să susținem digitalizarea cât mai multor activități prin încurajarea sectorului privat și susținerea gândirii inovative pentru creare de soluții utile.” \nTEKWILL – revoluția începe! \nInițiativa de încurajare a implicării sectorului privat” este dezvoltată în cadrul Proiectului TEKWILL\, implementat de Asociația Națională a Companiilor din Domeniul TIC cu susținerea financiară a Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională (USAID) și a Suediei. Tekwill a fost creat în anul 2017 ca Centru de Excelență al sectorului ICT din Moldova\, având drept scop principal alinierea domeniului la cerințele secolului 21. Pentru a continua să contribuie la creșterea competitivității industriei IT și a altor sectoare strategice ale economiei\, centrul și-a extins domeniile actuale de activitate\, devenind în 2019 un proiect complex la nivel național. Obiectivul de bază a Proiectului TEKWILL\, în calitatea sa de platformă dedicată progresului sectorului IT\, este de a asigura un impact major asupra dezvoltării economice a țării prin îmbunătățirea capacităților antreprenoriale și educaționale ale membrilor societății\, dar și a potențialului de cercetare și dezvoltare al instituțiilor de învățământ superior\, în conformitate cu cererea de pe piața IT.

DESCRIPTION:Peste 1050 de participanți din țară și de peste hotare\, 64 de speakeri de top\, 36 de evenimente dedicate startup-urilor locale. Sunt totalurile Moldova Startup Week 2020\, care s-a dovedit a fi o platformă eficientă pentru crearea unor experiențe pline de oportunități pentru antreprenorii care gândesc inovativ din țara noastră. Interesul pentru eveniment a depășit hotarele țării\, iar peste 20 de mii de internauți au fost conectați online\, inclusiv din Irlanda\, România\, Germania\, Polonia și Belarus. \n„Moldova Startup Week 2020” a dat tonul tendințelor globale a antreprenoriatului bazat pe inovații și a conectat la aceeași comunitate experți\, mentori\, manageri\, parteneri internaționali\, entuziaști și pe cei mai buni fondatori de startup-uri. Evenimentul este o inițiativă TechStars și face parte din seria de proiecte dezvoltate de TEKWILL în cadrul Programului Național „Startup Moldova” cu susținerea USAID și Suedia. \n\nMoldova Statup Week a fost punctul de intersecție între estul și vestul antreprenoriatului global\, unde și-au dat întâlnire peste 60 de invitați speciali\, printre care antreprenori\, investitori\, mentori și reprezentanți ai companiilor tech internaționale și locale. Indubitabil\, calitatea evenimentului a fost dictată de nume mari din industria IT\, banking\, consultanță și marketing digital\, printre care s-au numărat Kamran Elahian (SUA)\, Moshe Porat (Israel)\, Antonio Nasuto (Republica Cehă) și Simon Zagaynov (China).\nMoldova Startup Week a facilitat dialogul constructiv pe tema dezvoltării economiei bazate pe tehnologie și inovație. În 2021 urmează să fie creată o structură unică\, responsabilă pentru managementul promovării și dezvoltării proiectelor în susținerea ecosistemului de startup-uri. La fel\, aceasta urmează să ofere consultanță și asistență tehnică și se va alinia cu inițiativa Fondul guvernamental pentru inovare digitală\, care este în curs de avizare. Noua organizație va atrage resurse de finanțare și va contribui la consolidarea capacităților de absorbție a investițiilor de către startup-urile locale. De anul viitor\, noi inițiative de încurajare a antreprenoriatului vor fi dezvoltate și ca parte a Programului Național Startup Moldova. Acesta va fi centrat pe 3 direcții: dezvoltarea ecosistemului de startup-uri\, susținerea inițiativelor comunitare\, accelerarea de noi produse și startup-uri tech. (link la sesiune)\nMoldova Startup Week a fost un adevărat hub de inspirație pentru startup-urile locale\, care avut acces la conferințe și ateliere de lucru\, sesiuni de training pentru pitching\, informații despre potențialele surse de finanțare și programe de accelerare\, lansări de inițiative antreprenoriale\, schimb de experiență cu alte startup-uri din diferite domenii și întruniri cu potențialii investitori. De asemenea\, ei au colectat feedback și sugestii pentru a-și îmbunătăți ideea de afacere sau startup-ul. La eveniment\, 10 antreprenori la început de cale au fost conectați în mod direct cu potențialii investitori internaționali din România\, Cehia\, Rusia\, Estonia și Marea Britanie. La sesiunea „Demo Day”\, startup-urile locale au fost puse sub lumina reflectoarelor\, iar fondatorii s-au conectat și au discutat în mod direct cu potențialii investitori profesioniști\, interesați de susținerea afacerilor din Europa de Sud-Est\, printre care s-au numărat Levan Kavtaradze (Rusia)\, Jakub Stracina (Republica Cehă)\, Peter Parragh (Ungaria) și Stanislav Ivanov (Estonia). Celelalte startup-uri care nu au participat la „Demo Day” au putut explora și alte oportunități la eveniment. În cadrul „Matching Day”\, ei au beneficiat de discuții profesionale cu mentori din diverse domenii precum IT\, PR\, finanțe și marketing. La final de zi\, aceștia au fost invitați la o cină privată alături de investitori.\nLa „Moldova Startup Week” au fost cartografiate startup-urile locale pentru a asigura mai multă vizibilitate și expunere în comunitatea internațională\, în scopul creșterii vizibilității lor și atragerii mai ușoare a investițiilor externe. A fost stabilit un parteneriat cu Startup Genome – organizație ce consultă lideri internaționali și state\, în vederea elaborării politicilor de țară și a strategilor de inovare pentru creșterea economică. Astfel\, în anul următor\, și Republica Moldova va fi inclusă în raportul de analiză a ecosistemului de startup-uri realizat de Startup Genome. La eveniment a fost elaborată o hartă a startup-urilor locale pe care se regăsesc 64 de nume și pe care o puteți consulta.\nLipsa culturii antreprenoriale\, limitării accesului la finanțare dar și a experienței în gestionarea afacerilor bazate pe produse proprii\, sunt printre principalele impedimente în dezvoltarea cu succes a startup-urilor locale bazate pe tehnologii informaționale. Pentru a reduce acest decalaj\, în Republica Moldova sunt implementate mai multe programe dedicate creșterii și susținerii afacerilor de tip startup. Acestea creează diverse oportunități pentru dezvoltarea\, accelerarea\, atragerea și absorbția investițiilor\, pentru scalarea micilor afaceri și extinderea pe piața locală sau globală. 7 dintre aceste inițiative au fost prezentate la Moldova Startup Week 2020. (link la sesiune)\nMoldova Startup Week a fost o platformă de discuții pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor pe verticală în domenii cheie: FinTech\, EdTech\, AgTech\, HealthTech. Discuțiile participanților s-au axat pe proiecte în dezvoltare\, în baza cărora au fost identificate impedimentele și soluțiile necesare pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor pe verticală.\nMoldova Startup Week a creat punți de legătură între marile companii și startup-uri prin intermediul inovațiilor corporative\, un obiectiv urmărit și de programul Startup Moldova în 2021. Programul va aduna în palmares cele mai competitive startup-uri locale și va face apel către companiile moderne\, tehnologizate și flexibile pentru ca acestea să gestioneze împreună eforturile și acțiunile de inovare. Astfel\, companiile urmează a fi invitate la dezvoltarea strategiei și vor fi formate echipe de lucru. Urmează a fi organizate și câteva hackatoane industriale\, pentru a instrui managerii și angajații companiei despre modalități de a conlucra cu startup-uri și a facilita procesele. Până la sfârșitul anului 2021\, va fi lansat un accelerator pentru corporații care să faciliteze dezvoltarea cultura inovative bazată pe soluții antreprenoriale și altele.\nLa Moldova Startup Week am ales împreună cel mai activ ambasador al comunității și startup-ul cu cel mai mare impact. Aproximativ 5000 de oameni au participat la sesiunile de vot. La categoria „Cel mai activ ambasador al comunității startup din Moldova” a fost desemnat Traian Chivriga\, fondator XY Partners\, un antreprenor implicat în numeroase proiecte și inițiative\, care susține în mod eficient dezvoltarea ecosistemului local de startup-uri\, iar anul trecut a lansat un program de accelerare pentru startup-urile din Moldova – XY Accelerator powered by Tekwill. La categoria „Startup-ul cu cel mai mare impact” s-a evidențiat distinctiv startup-ul național Fagura – o bancă digitală\, unde oamenii își pot gestiona online toată activitatea financiară și care dezvoltă un marketplace de credite\, bazat pe tehnologie p2p lending.\n\nMoldova StartupWeek este un eveniment marca Techstars\, care are loc în peste 50 de țări din lume. „Tech stars Startup Week” este organizat de Startup Moldova cu sprijinul Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională (USAID) și a Suediei.

The association was founded to represent the industry on different policy and legislative issues and to facilitate the exchange of best-practices between members. ATIC’s mission is to protect and promote the Association members’ interests as well as facilitate a more favorable ICT business climate. \n  \nStarting 2014 ATIC has actively involved in the promotion with women in tech\, launching the annual “Women in ICT” event and supporting a series of initiatives like Technovation Challenge\, Rails Girls\, Girls Go IT. ATIC is committed to encourage young women and girls to consider and to pursue careers in IT\, change the perception over the role of women in the ICT sector and strengthen the local community of female IT Professionals through experience and knowledge sharing\, communication and interaction. \n  \nAbout Project “ Empowering Women in Tech”: \nEmpowering Women in Tech is a project implemented by ATIC with UN Women and Sweden Support since 2018. \nAs a key problem statement\, ATIC will focus to empower more girls to: \n\nChoose TECH and pursue STEM classes\nReceive quality education to define their future career\nBe part of a powerful Tech Women initiative together with other women who believe they can DO IT.\n\nThrough this project extension\, we intend to keep the project objective to mainstream a gender perspective and promotion of gender equality and the empowerment of women through information and communication technologies. Also\, ATIC seeks to build awareness that information and communication technologies (ICTs) are tools that enable gender equality and women’s empowerment and are integral of the building societies\, in which both women and men can substantially contribute and participate. \n  \nAbout Tekwill Project: \nThe ICTEC Project started as a USAID program implemented by the National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC). In 2016\, the Government of Sweden joined the program and expanded the operations and content programs of Tekwill. The project is implemented as a private-public partnership (though Global Development Alliances instrument (GDA))\, between the Moldovan Government\, private industry\, academia and donors. The private partners include multinational companies\, IBM and Microsoft\, and also Moldovan Association of Private ICT Companies (ATIC) members that are local (operated) ICT companies. The private partners bring significant new resources\, ideas\, software\, technologies and development activities\, such as trainings\, practical assignments\, and mentorship. The private sector partners will have the chance to use the center to communicate with the university\, SMEs\, startups\, professionals and contribute to the curricula improvement answering the market needs\, as well as the improvement of the IT and entrepreneurship ecosystem that will lead to the economic growth of the country. The Government of Moldova supports this project at the highest level of the Prime Minister\, and the partners include Ministry of ICT\, Ministry of Education\, and E-Government Center. \n  \n1.1 Private Initiatives for Women Economic Empowerment in Tech \n  \nThe overarching goal of the Call is to support women driven private initiatives to further engage women freelancers and entrepreneurs based on a public call in Partnership with “Empowering Women in Tech” Project\, supported by Sweden and UN Women. ATIC seeks support 2-4 initiatives that are focused on capacity building of women driven initiatives aiming to build awareness that information and communication technologies (ICT) are the tools that enable gender equality and women’s empowerment and are integral of building societies\, in which both women and men can substantially contribute and participate. \n  \nAs part of the extension phase during November-December\, ATIC aims at supporting 2-4 initiatives promoting technologies\, using technologies\, being created\, and implemented by women for empowering women. \n  \nMain objectives for the request: \n  \n\nEngage women\, who are freelancers or entrepreneurs\, for developing and implementing initiatives\, products\, services\, or solutions aligned to the goal of the action\, with measurable and positive impact on the women inclusion in IT sector. The activity is focused on new solutions underpinned by private initiatives to engage women freelancers and entrepreneurs.\nMeasure and make visible the impact of the new or existing initiatives\, products\, services and solutions\, to support private sector engagement for sustainable development and attract more women in IT\, support the women entrepreneurship\, the women in IT sector growth\, the promotion of tech jobs for women\, other that may reach the provided goal.\nOther options may be taken into consideration with a clear definition and presentation of further women focus driven engagement at the convergence of IT technologies\n\n  \n1.2 Types of innovation projects supported \nThe preferred projects applying to the call are innovative initiatives aligned to the objectives stated above. The initiative should meet the following criteria: \n  \n\nExperience sharing initiatives including IT or IT technologies as a solution\nInnovative or existing on the market solutions with the possibility to be improved;\nSustainable within a period of time on the same market/country\, or exportable;\nFeasible (i.e. the solution does not require changes in the current legislation and could be anchored within the existing legal framework in certain period)\, there is evidence that prototype is technologically and economically feasible;\nCollaborative\, the activities should be tailored to other sectors (i.e. ICT and education\, IT and non-IT sectors\, support of entrepreneurship development\, other);\nWith measurable impact on the Women in Tech Industry/Women entrepreneurship;\nWomen driven and aiming at empowering women through technology\n\n  \nExamples of possible eligible applications and constraints that women could eventually focus on: \n\ntalent management and retention of skilled labor force;\naccess to finance for prototyping of new products and services that require collaborative innovation;\nexport promotion through innovative approaches;\nOther development\, promotion actions related to the initiative.\n\n  \nThe supported projects are in phase of innovation development and are based on a comprehensive business plan\, addressing the identified specific challenges\, and demonstrating high potential in terms of access to market and company/industry competitiveness and growth. The projects should already have previously developed innovative concept or prototype which demonstrates a clear technological and economic viability. \n  \nThe innovative concept should represent considerable novelty to the national or global market (e.g. new products\, processes\, services or market application). In innovation development projects\, the examples of financing activities may include prototyping\, upscaling\, design\, performance verification\, testing\, demonstration\, development of pilot lines\, validation for market replication\, IP protection and other activities aimed at bringing innovation idea (product\, process\, service\, etc.) to investment readiness and market introduction. \n  \n1.3 Amount of awards \n  \nThe awards’ fund will cover up to 240\,000 MDL (co-funded by UN Women under “Empowering Women in Tech” Project and USAID and Sweden under the Tekwill Project) or maximum eighty percent (20 %) of the total project cost. Such contribution will be equally divided between the initiatives of the applicants or depending on the specific requirements of the collaborative project. The action may decide to finance higher amounts in case of insufficient applications and high impact of the initiative proposed. \nCo-financing of at least twenty percent (20 %) of the total project budget is to be secured by the APPLICANT from their own investments or from other sources\, in cash or in-kind with respective proof of resources spent or provided. Acceptable co-financing includes women/companies own investment\, private investors\, loan financing or other private sector cash contributions and public financing or co-financing. The total amount of Awards cannot be increased during the Project. \n  \n1.4 Duration of the project \nThe project and the project budget must be designed so to be completed within 6 (six) months. The innovation projects are selected against the clear eligibility and selection criteria\, of which latter are assessed by the experienced and independent evaluators. The applications which fulfill all eligibility criteria\, and which satisfy the selection criteria at most will be proposed for financing. They are in final phase assessed and ranked by the Independent Evaluation Committee and\, subject to the availability of funds. The best ranked applications that can fulfill legal requirements are offered to sign Award Agreement. \n  \n2.2 Instructions to the application process \n  \nAPPLICANT apply through the published open call: Concept Note\, Project Action Plan\, Budget. \n  \nWhile preparing the Application following rules apply: \n\nThere is only one Application per APPLICANT allowed;\nRe-submission of modified and improved Applications is not allowed;\nDeadlines for application is to be strictly respected;\nIn evaluation process\, only complete Applications will be accepted.\n\n  \n2.3 Project Application Documentation \n  \n2.3.1 Concept Note \n  \nIn the application stage\, the APPLICANT should submit a filled out defined form of Concept Note (attached\, Annex A)\, where the concept of the innovation project is shortly and concisely described\, Project plan\, Financial plan and the Curriculum Vitae\, where the company/entrepreneur/freelancer and the development team shortly presented. The Full Application has to be submitted sent via email to achirita@ict.md and ioriol@ict.md until the stated deadline. There is no standard form for the budget or CVs; companies/entrepreneurs/freelancers present an overview of the planned funds. \n  \nThe Project plan should contain the detailed elaboration of the concept\, analysis of the market\, impact analysis of the action versus the objectives of the call\, sustainability of the action\, if any\, envisaged development activities including staff engagement\, necessary material means and needed advisory services and trainings. The Projects should be tackling cross-cutting constraints for innovation\, human capital development\, entrepreneurship encouragement\, community support and proposing specific collaborative technical and conceptual innovative solutions to such constraint that would ultimately work towards increasing the use of ICT\, attracting more specialists to ICT\, other. \n  \nAlso\, the Project budget must be submitted predicting all project expenses during implementation phase of 6 months\, including both the award contribution\, as well as the Applicant’s matching funds. \nThe Project Plan in Full Application should encompass the following: \n\nClear evidence of so far achieved initial results or insights to be considered as collaborative innovative foundation for the Project;\nJustification of actions versus the objectives of the call;\nJustification that there is an existing market for the proposed collaborative innovation and that the strategy for expanding the existing concepts is feasible;\nRealistic plan of the Project activities so they can be implemented\, considering technological\, financial\, time and market constraints\, possibilities and opportunities;\nAssurance that the project includes all activities necessary to achieve program objectives. Evidence that the team has relevant experience in the industry sector and necessary knowledge and skills to implement the planned activities for the development of the new product/process/service and successful preparation for commercialization;\n\n  \nTogether with the Concept note\, Project Plan\, Financial plan\, with detailed and reasonable project expenses estimates that are intended exclusively for project purposes\, and CV’s of the members of the team should be submitted via online platform. \n  \nApplicants shall submit their application to participate and propose concepts until December 27\, 2020 via e-mail ioriol@ict.md cc achirita@ict.md. \nApplicants are responsible for ensuring that their expression of interests are received in accordance with the instructions stated herein. Cele 2300 de companii IT din Moldova au angajat deja 29 de mii de persoane și le oferă specialiștilor salarii competitive – cele mai mari de pe piață conform datelor BSN. Pe lângă remunerarea atractivă\, angajații din IT explorează și alte beneficii: asistență medicală suplimentară\, acces la activități de sport\, programe educaționale\, spații de muncă conform celor mai înalte standarde ș.a. Ca să-și dezvolte competențele solicitate pe piața muncii și să obțină calificările necesare evoluției în carieră\, specialiștii aflați la început de cale sau cei care își doresc să-și schimbe domeniul pentru o carieră în IT\, beneficiază de oportunități de formare și creștere profesională. Este și cazul Ianei Maistruc\, o tânără de 24 de ani din nordul țării\, care a decis să-și amplifice pasiunea pentru computere acumulând și alte abilități profesionale. A ales să cunoască mai multe despre „dezvoltarea web” la Bălți\, în cadrul unui program de instruire online desfășurat cu suportul Proiectului „Tekwill” în parteneriat cu Proiectul „Optim”. \nIana Maistruc: „Astăzi totul este legat de domeniul IT – o necesitate în viață” \n„Dezvoltarea web” este una dintre cele mai căutate specializări pe piața IT\, iar peste 10 ani s-ar putea să vorbim de tehnologii pe care azi nici nu le imaginăm. De această convingere a fost Iana Maistruc\, o tânără profesoară informatică aflată în căutare de mai multe cunoștințe\, atunci când a ales să se înroleze în program. Decizia ei a fost una hotărâtă\, bazată pe ceea ce își dorește și îi place\, însă și-a alocat timp și pentru analiza pieței\, pentru a vedea ce locuri de muncă sunt la mare căutare și care se potrivesc cel mai bine societății în care trăim. \nIana Maistruc\, participantă la program: „După ce am absolvit facultatea\, am început să predau informatica pentru clasele gimnaziale. Copiii sunt atrași de informatică și își doresc să devină programatori. E și de înțeles. În prezent\, totul este legat de domeniul IT – o necesitate în viață. Iată de ce\, am simțit și eu că a venit timpul să trec la altă etapă în carieră\, pe de o parte să-mi dezvolt abilitățile profesionale\, iar pe de alta – să învăț ceva nou studiind design-ul web. La universitate am studiat domeniul la general\, iar acum mai aprofundat și specific\, adaptat celor care vor să muncească în acest domeniu.” \nIana s-a lăsat ghidată de „puterea exemplului” prietenilor săi și a oportunităților de care beneficiază cei care studiază continuu\, dar și țin pasul cu dezvoltarea tehnologiilor informaționale. \nIana Maistruc\, participantă la program: „IT-ul este un domeniu actual\, profitabil și necesar celorlalte domenii conexe. Mulți dintre prietenii mei sunt specialiști IT\, care creează produse inovative și se mândresc cu realizările lor. Le place\, au salarii bune și este interesant. Îi cunosc\, știu ce posibilități le oferă industria tech și cât de mult investesc în autoeducație. Domeniul IT este accesibil tuturor celor care învață continuu. Avem egalitate de gen și nu contează dacă ești femeie sau bărbat\, sunt importante cunoștințele\, aspirațiile și dorințele tale. Dacă îți place domeniul și vrei să faci asta\, mergi înainte!” \nDomeniul IT – pistă de lansare în antreprenoriat \nCa urmare a expertizei obținute la cursuri și a certificatului de absolvire\, tânăra va putea să treacă la altă etapă profesională în calitate de pedagog\, domeniu la care deocamdată nu vrea să renunțe. Programul actualizat pe care l-a studiat la cursuri și-a propus să-l extindă și la nivelul lecțiilor din școală\, oferindu-le adolescenților informații noi din domeniul IT. Planurile sale de viitor însă nu se opresc aici. \nIana Maistruc\, participantă la program:„ La aceste cursuri\, informațiile pe care le-am învățat au fost structurate și adaptate astfel încât după absolvire să ne putem angaja direct într-o companie IT. În următorii ani\, pe lângă pedagogie\, îmi doresc să activez într-o companie de profil sau să predau cursuri de design web pentru tinerii din regiunea de nord a țării. Astfel\, voi putea ajuta adolescenții să facă pași mai hotărâți spre dezvoltarea unei cariere în domeniul tehnologiilor informaționale.” \nDespre Programul de Burse în IT \nCu scopul extinderii oportunităților de dezvoltare în regiuni și crearea premiselor pentru conectarea talentului și potențialului capitalului uman cu posibilitățile oferite de companiile IT locale\, Proiectul ”Tekwill” în parteneriat cu proiectul „Optim” au lansat Programul de Burse în IT. Inițiativa este realizată în regiunile Bălți și Cahul\, cu susținerea Biroului de cooperare al Elveției în cadrul Proiectului ”Optim – Oportunități prin Tehnologii și Inovație in Moldova‘’\, implementat de Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation în parteneriat cu Camera de Comerț și Industrie a Republicii Moldova\, precum și cu sprijinul Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare și Suediei în cadrul Proiectului ”Tekwill”. Participanții la program – Burse pentru programe de instruire în domeniul IT – s-au bucurat de acoperire financiară a taxelor de studii în proporție de 70%. DESCRIPTION:THIRD EDITION OF THE NATIONAL IT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR WOMEN \nThe third edition of the National IT Training Program for Women was launched to support gender equality and professional development of women in the IT sector in the Republic of Moldova. This year\, about 200 participants are expected to attend the program with the aspiration to a successful career in information technology\, a field that is innovative and on the rise. The program is implemented by the National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC) with the financial support of Sweden and UN Women (United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment) under the “Empowering Women in Technology” Project. \nThe participants of the third edition will be able to opt for one of three focuses of study: Front-End Development\, Software Testing\, or Digital Skills. They will have access to the entire library as soon as they register on the Codifun platform\, which will allow them to organize their day and set their learning time individually. In fact\, the study program was designed based on the Microlearning method which involves 15 minutes of maximum concentration on the material studied and the frequent use of the concept of Edutainment which allows testing knowledge through play. \nDominika Stojanoska\, UN Women Moldova Country Representative: “The IT field has become more accessible to anyone interested in gaining new skills\, regardless of gender. We advocate for gender equality and women’s empowerment\, for the recognition of their value and talent\, for their contributions to building an inclusive\, competitive\, and dynamic digital society. The major interest in the program registered in previous editions\, reconfirms the fact that women want to explore IT more and gain skills in this field. The courses will take place online and can be accessed free of charge. \nAna Chirița\, ATIC strategic projects director: “The IT sector is a dynamic and captivating one\, as evidenced by the over 2000 candidates who have submitted their files for participation in the program in the last two years. We are very pleased with the success of the participants and demonstrate the major impact of the program. For example\, at the edition two years ago\, 20 women managed to get a job in the field of information technology\, even before graduating. We wish success to all participants this year!” \nThe graduates of the previous editions of the program found their experience to be successful\, noting that the IT field is an interesting one which can lead you to success if you put in the effort. Their success was due to their ability to study the lessons from any location at a convenient time to them based on their daily activities. \nCătălina Hasnaș\, graduate of the Front-End Developer course: “Since I started the courses\, I understood that IT suits me like a “glove”\, especially since I had the opportunity to set my own learning program. After graduation\, I continued to learn Java Script and discovered the React library\, which I really like. In the future\, I want to get a specific Front-End Developer job in React.” \nElena Țurcan\, graduate of the Digital Skills course: “I was interested in knowing information about data security\, given the fact that at work I interacted daily with confidential documents\, contracts\, negotiations. Now\, I am trying to pass on the knowledge I have gained\, for example to use the Slack or Trello platforms more often. All the knowledge gained has a practical utility. I want to create an Instagram page for the adoption of stray animals.” \nAt the end of the online courses\, the practical workshops will follow\, during which the participants will continue the training\, being guided by experienced mentors. Through the three-month intensive program\, girls and women will be able to gain the knowledge and skills needed to work as a Front-End Developer\, Software Tester\, or using digital skills needed in the workplace.

DESCRIPTION:More than 670 employees of Moldovan small and medium businesses (SMEs) have successfully graduated from the “Startup Academy” program\, a complex intensive training for entrepreneurs. \nThe current edition\, dedicated to SMEs\, delivered a series of courses in practical fields\, providing participants with the necessary knowledge to make their business visible in the digital environment\, helping them to continue their activity during a pandemic. For three months\, they studied topics such as digital solutions\, marketing tools\, and online sales & promotion. The approximate 455 participating SMEs benefited from direct expertise from mentors with experience in marketing\, communication\, IT\, logistics\, and human resources for the problems they face in the process of migrating their online business. The aim of the initiative was to train entrepreneurs so that at the end of the course they understand the mechanisms underlying the growth of a successful business. “Startup Academy” is organized within the Startup Moldova program “Digital Upgrade” and is a partnership between the TEKWILL Project and ODIMM. \n  \nAna Chirița\, TEKWILL project director: “Considering our niche of projects\, mostly IT\, this is a new opportunity to support SMEs in Moldova. We believe that information technologies are the basis for modernizing and facilitating trade\, including online. The aspects in which the economic agents needed an impetus or a package of knowledge to develop their business were offered through this methodically structured program to meet the expectations of entrepreneurs. The need for the program was pointed out to us by SME representatives in a study\, in which about 90% of participants mentioned that they need expertise and knowledge to become competitive as they do not have the ability to build sustainable online businesses. I am impressed by the successes of the participants\, by the large presence of those enrolled\, and this makes me believe that Startup Academy is a really useful program.” \nIulia Costin\, General Manager\, ODIMM: “We enjoy the partnership with TEKWILL and the Startup Moldova program and thank Sweden and USAID for their collaboration\, as their involvement strengthens economic prosperity in the Republic of Moldova. Through this project\, we aim to help companies in rural areas. This digitization tool serves like a test to see how well companies are prepared for a future national digital training program. Training means knowledge\, knowledge means a step forward – this is what Startup Academy means. The SME digitization tool is an efficient and fast solution and positive results are already crystallizing. We are working on processing the first wave of projects – 190 companies have submitted files to receive small grants and 230 – seek for large grants. On this occasion\, I come with an urge to entrepreneurs to talk openly about their ideas\, needs or what type of funding require. We have a number of institutions that have adapted to the online environment and several institutions that are in the process of digitization. I am pleasantly surprised to learn that this program has enjoyed a wide audience and will be further developed. In a short time\, we managed to form teams\, we managed to set budgets to answer the pressing questions of the business community\, especially SMEs. We are also happy to see public institutions that\, thanks to these initiatives\, have become more efficient and provide digital solutions. I want to thank the developers and partners for this program and wish everyone success in business\, since it has been enriched with useful knowledge.” \nThe course program was structured on two levels: intermediate and advanced. In the first stage\, entrepreneurs learned the importance of having a physical presence on online platforms and how to adapt a business to be as close as possible to customers. \n  \nDigitization of the private sector supported by USAID and Sweden \nThe special edition of the Startup Academy dedicated to entrepreneurs is organized within the Digital Upgrade initiative of the Startup Moldova program\, developed within the framework of the Tekwill project with the support of USAID and Sweden development partners\, together with ATIC\, ODIMM\, Moldova IT Park and UNDP. SUMMARY:MOLDOVA ICT INDUSTRY RECORDS SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS IN RECENT YEARS
DESCRIPTION:In recent years\, the ICT sector in Moldova has made remarkable progress. Smart technologies have increasingly entered the business environment and everyday life and private companies have been on the rise. The results have exceeded the forecasted 2018-2023 strategy for the development of the information technology industry and ecosystem for digital innovation. In one single year\, the sector’s turnover increased to $380 million\, which represents 70% of the 5-year estimate. There were considerable changes in terms of attracting human capital with the total number of IT professionals increasing by about 38%. This number is 13% higher than the total forecasted for the next 5 years. \nThe upward trend is also confirmed by the indicators/statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS)\, which shows that from 2015-2019 the IT industry tripled its sales revenue and along with the telecommunications sector accounted for 7.1% of the GDP. The success of the IT sector can be quantified in the number of jobs created\, accounting for over 29\,000 people who work in the field with the highest salaries on the market. \nRepresentative figures for the ICT sector\, 2019: \nAnnual sales revenues – 6.8 billion MDL ($ 395.135 M) \nContribution to national GDP – 7.1% \nThe volume of ICT exports – over 5 billion MDL ($290.540 M) \nThe volume of investments in computer services – MDL 2.6 billion ($151.081 M) \nEmployees in the ICT sector – 29\,600 people \nICT companies on the market – 2300 \nIT products and services – exported to over 30 countries \nNBS data shows that in the period referenced\, the IT industry recorded revenue of about 6.8 billion lei ($395.135 M)\, while the volume of exports of products and services exceeded the figure of 5 billion lei ($290.540 M). There are 2\,300 companies on the Moldovan market that export their IT products and services to over 30 countries around the world. Moldova is considered an attractive destination from a technological point of view\, both for small companies and for those with major investment potential. Thus\, in 2019 the number of ICT companies in Moldova increased by about 35%. The domestic IT market also offers favorable conditions for attracting foreign investors and is taking important steps to join the first-tier states of regional attractiveness. Among the competitive advantages of Moldova are the elimination of administrative barriers for foreign IT professionals\, tax facilities for employees in the sector\, a single tax of 7% of sales volume\, and the creation and launch of physical infrastructure of IT parks. Over 600 companies from 136 countries operate in the IT Park\, with 45% of these businesses registering within the past year. Private companies employ over 10\,000 people with an average salary of about 29\,000 lei per month under the conditions of the IT Park tax regime. The total turnover of resident companies according to IT Park statistics is 3.7 billion MDL ($215 M). The country’s capital remains the favorite destination of companies in the field. This year\, Chisinau was named the city of the year in Southeast Europe for supporting and developing the IT sector. The capital won the “Emerging City of the year in SEE” award\, ahead of cities such as Tbilisi and Sofia in one of the most important events in the field\, “CEE Business Services Summit and Awards 2020”\, held in Warsaw\, Poland. \n  \nInternational support for the development of the ICT sector \nThe increase of competitiveness and the progressive development of the sector in recent years has also taken place with the constant support of external financiers. Due to the development potential of the sector\, the development partners provided constant technical and financial assistance by supporting the private sector and entrepreneurship by creating IT parks and attracting investors. Among the top supporters of IT development in Moldova is the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)\, the first donor to recognize the potential of the Moldovan IT industry and provide assistance since 2005. Since then\, Moldova’s exports of IT services and products have increased 40 times. Sweden is also in the top 5 external donors for the Republic of Moldova with the IT sector being one of the areas it supports. In recent years USAID and Sweden have invested about $ 8.9 million in the Tekwill Project\, implemented by the National Association of ICT Companies (ATIC). Tekwill and ATIC have also attracted private and public investments of over $4 million to contribute to the development of the IT sector in Moldova. About 66\,000 people have benefited from the educational and entrepreneurship programs of the TEKWILL Project\, and 218\,500 people became beneficiaries of the projects carried out in partnership with other entities. “Tekwill” was created in 2017 as a Center of Excellence of the ICT sector in Moldova\, with the main purpose of aligning the field with current market requirements. DESCRIPTION:IT solutions remain one of the most suitable ways to recover traditional sectors of the country’s economy. Recently\, the program “AgTech Academy” was launched\, an initiative that will develop the skills of young people in agriculture that are required by companies in the country. The training courses represent an activity similar to the National Startup Moldova Program “Digital IMPACT”\, a project that aims to provide several digital solutions for the recovery of traditional sectors of the national economy. Forty young people are to be selected to participate in two editions of the Academy including autumn/winter 2020 and spring/summer 2021. SUMMARY:TEKWILL FOLLOWS THE LATEST TRENDS IN EDUCATION AND LAUNCHES THE ONLY ONLINE COURSE PLATFORM IN MOLDOVA
DESCRIPTION:Major investments in training and development of the workforce are essential for increasing economic competitiveness\, productivity\, and the ability to make progress\, especially in the Moldovan IT industry. This principle was applied by the Tekwill project\, an important pillar in the preparation of the workforce to adapt to the current needs of the market for the IT industry or for other related fields in which specialized knowledge is in high demand. In this case\, the Tekwill project developed several educational initiatives for students\, teachers\, IT professionals or young people who want to change their field of study in accordance with market requirements. \nTo facilitate beneficiaries’ access to its educational programs\, Tekwill has launched an integrated online course platform\, tekwill.online. This digital platform has a variety of exclusive content and is accessible to all those looking to learn new skills in the IT field. The educational materials have animated elements as well as video or text components which can be accessed free of charge by users. The courses of the “Tekwill in every school” program\, also available free of charge to users\, has announced the launch of the platform. Subsequently\, it is to be completed with two other online programs under the Tekwill brand. \n  \nTekwill.online – educational programs available for any age \nThe “Tekwill in every school” (TiES) program includes courses dedicated to students ages 13 to 19 and allows free access to innovative digital resources\, providing knowledge and skills for careers of the future. It includes four modules of study: \n\nartificial intelligence\,\nsoftware development\,\ncreative industry\,\nentrepreneurial leadership.\n\nCurrently on the platform there are three courses available: graphic design\, programming algorithms in C / C ++\, and Web Design and Development. The platform will soon add other courses of the modules. Each lesson contains a collection of interactive and compiling exercises (code interpreter) and at the end of the lessons\, students can test their knowledge in a flash quiz. \n  \nEach course can be studied individually or guided by a teacher during optional classes. Through these courses students have the opportunity to develop their creativity\, critical thinking\, improve their communication skills\, and acquire new digital skills. As information resources\, mentors have at their disposal digital texts\, explanatory videos\, simulation exercises\, interactive assessment tests. \nCurrently\, 195 teachers and 5\,327 students are already registered on the TiES platform\, who will have more interactive teaching materials available. Both students and teachers are grouped into classes and each teacher can follow the success of their student in that class. Access to this information will help the teacher to check the progress of each student\, to follow what difficulties the student encounters \,and to identify ways to help them with the possibility to personalize their practical homework. The platform also helps teachers to supervise the activity and growth of each student. \n  \nThrough this online platform teachers will have the opportunity to apply new teaching methodologies such as the flipped classroom which requires students to study homework independently and come to class to discuss and put into practice the topics studied with the teacher. These skills were acquired by teachers in a training program where teachers participated in this past summer. Soon\, on the platform\, the course calendar will become functional\, notifications and webinars will be digitized\, and gamification elements will be added. Digital badges will also be created for each student’s progress to show the skills acquired. \n  \n“Tekwill Academy” and “Tekwill Academy Kids” are two other TEKWILL educational programs with online versions available to the general public soon. \n  \n“Tekwill Academy” provides programs aimed to increase the level of trained professionals in specialized fields. DESCRIPTION:To support the development of entrepreneurship in Moldova\, the Tekwill project organizes multiple events and projects dedicated to training Moldovan entrepreneurs. Moldovan startups that are developing innovative products and services are able to benefit from several opportunities. \nOne opportunity in particular is Startup Academy Bootcamp\, an accelerator program which recently set 11 experts in the field to meet with local entrepreneurs in Chisinau. Eight startups entered the online bootcamp which served as an excellent scaling tool\, given that startups have been offered absolutely free access to an entire ecosystem of business founders\, investors\, and consultants. The bootcamp has been organized by the Startup Moldova Program\, implemented within the TEKWILL project with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Sweden. \nAna Chirița\, director of the TEKWILL project: “The idea we started from was to offer entrepreneurs a useful experience and to contribute to the creation of networks of knowledge and inspiration for entrepreneurs. This program provided participants with a complex set of workshops from which they learned about the principles of starting a business\, identifying\, and exploring the benefits of target markets\, gaining access to finance\, etc. The bootcamp is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on knowledge from professionals in the field and to establish connections with Startup Academy organizers\, partners\, and mentors\, who have guided participants to grow their business quickly. Thus\, we contribute to the acceleration of local entrepreneurship\, and startups that have the courage to adopt innovations and use their ideas intelligently\, and later will be able to build businesses with local\, regional or international impact.” \nStartup Academy Bootcamp – a platform for connecting startups with investors and experts in the field \nThe participants in the 2020 edition of Startup Academy Bootcamp had the opportunity to improve their skills and entrepreneurial knowledge with 11 qualified mentors: four local mentors and seven international mentors from Romania\, the Russian Federation\, the Czech Republic\, Georgia and Hungary. Among them is Răzvan Atim\, the representative of UiPath – the startup that became a “unicorn” whose value was estimated at 10.2 million dollars in 2020. This will increase local employment in the field of ICT\, develop businesses based on innovations\, and increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the region. \nThe project “EU4Moldova: StartUp City Cahul” will be implemented with the financial assistance of the European Union and aligns with the priorities of the Eastern Partnership and addresses the sustainable socio-economic development of Cahul and neighboring localities\, completing the regional coverage of the cooperation assistance provided to the Republic of Moldova by the European Union. \nAnna Lyberg\, Ambassador of Sweden to the Republic of Moldova: “Sweden actively supports the development of the ICT sector in Moldova. With an area of ​​1500 m2\, the center will develop several local services and about 137 programs and activities\, in order to encourage the use of technology. \n“StartUp City Cahul” will also support STEM education in close synergy with other existing and already developed initiatives by ATIC and Tekwill. This will be done by adapting and implementing educational programs for training and expanding skills\, which meet the needs of the private sector. \n\n11\,500 students from Cahul and over 50\,000 students from 200 schools across the country will study the subjects of the future\,\n500 teachers will improve their digital skills in training programs\,\nthe study programs for at least 6 courses will be updated by the decision of the Ministry of Education\, Research and Culture\, in order to increase the attractiveness of studying STEM subjects.\n\nAlso\, about 300 students from universities and colleges will attend training courses in IT and related fields. \nSupporting the development of entrepreneurship is also among the project’s priorities. The EUR 6.8 million project from the EU Delegated Funds for ICT Development is part of the single EU support framework for Moldova 2017–2020\, section 1: “Economic development and opportunities\, including sustainable and inclusive growth”. \nSweden’s participation in this project strengthens its own initiatives to encourage women and girls to become actively involved in ICT. DESCRIPTION:YOUNG PEOPLE IN NORTHERN MOLDOVA HAVE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EMPLOYMENT IN IT \nIt is never too late for a career change! The Republic of Moldova has a major shortage of experienced or beginner IT specialists\, especially at the regional level. Although the industry offers all the possibilities and conditions for talent and knowledge to be capitalized in any corner of the country\, IT companies face an acute shortage of human resources\, a constraint that significantly limits their development. For example\, 26 IT companies operate in the Balti region\, employing about 190 people – far below the expectations and potential of jobs that local businesses could offer. \nIn order to expand development opportunities in the regions and create the premises for connecting human capital with the possibilities offered by local IT companies\, the Tekwill project in partnership with the “Optim” project developed the “IT Scholarship Program” in Bălți and Cahul. Beneficiaries included both young people with experience in IT eager to acquire new skills and employees from other sectors who chose to make a change in profession. \nIT career – an important asset for young people in the Balti region \nAccording to the World Economic Forum\, in the coming years\, about 90% of jobs will require ICT skills. Knowledge about programming is an important advantage in the labor market\, according to program participants. In Bălți\, young people studied the “Web Development” course\, one of the most popular specialties in the field. They learned how to build\, create\, and maintain websites: design issues\, content publishing\, programming\, and data management. The course was conducted online\, and the training included state-of-the-art technologies\, innovative learning methods and techniques with a proven impact in developing the skills and competencies required by the IT industry. Scholarship recipients received a coverage of 70% of the total cost of training. The finalists received graduation certificates. \nDoina Florea\, participant in the program: “I have been working as a computer science teacher for more than 11 years\, in Rujnița village\, Ocnița district. Because the IT field is constantly evolving\, I have to keep up and participate directly in professional development courses. That is because I want to give the students I teach complete and current knowledge and help them develop their personal potential\, so that in the future they can choose a career in the field.” \nAlexandrina Mihalachi\, participant in the program: “IT specialties are in great demand on the labor market. That is why I want to get a profession in this field; therefore\, I continue to develop. I decided to apply to the Scholarship Program in IT because the IT industry is constantly changing\, and I want to keep pace with new trends. I want to excel as a Front-End Developer\, and I will continue to train myself in this regard. I intend to work for a well-known company\, both in the Republic of Moldova and internationally.” \nLocal IT companies are ready to offer new jobs \nThe deficit of IT specialists is felt by all Moldovan companies regardless of their geographical region. DESCRIPTION:  \nÎn sudul țării la Cahul specialiștii devin mai calificați și mai  pregățiți pentru companiile locale de IT datorită \,\,Programului de Burse IT” ce este în plină desfășurare.\nDezvoltarea sectoarelor strategice din Republica Moldova este strâns legată de capitalul uman calificat. La nivel național\, companiile din diferite domenii se confruntă cu un deficit de profesioniști care corespund cerințelor minime de angajare. Excepție nu face nici industria tehnologiilor informaționale\, care\, aflându-se în continuă dezvoltare este întotdeauna în căutarea de specialiști cu experiență sau cel puțin dispuși să dobândească noi cunoștințe în conformitate cu cerințele actuale ale pieței. \nDeficitul acut de resurse umane este resimțit chiar și în condițiile în care reprezentanții domeniului oferă opțiuni de instruire\, condiții bune de muncă și o serie de beneficii pentru dezvoltarea profesională. \nSpecialiști mai pregătiți pentru companiile IT din Cahul \nLipsa resurselor umane calificate din IT este acută nu doar în centrul țării – acolo unde își desfășoară activitatea o bună parte din companiile de profil\, dar\, deopotrivă și în nordul și sudul țării. Pentru a oferi mai multe posibilități de dezvoltare regională dar și pentru a crea un punct de legătură pe de o parte\, între profesioniștii și viitorii specialiști și pe de altă parte\, cu oportunitățile de calificare oferite de companiile IT locale\, proiectul TEKWILL în parteneriat cu proiectul „Optim” au dezvoltat „Programul de Burse în IT” la Bălți și Cahul. \nPrintre participanții la instruiri s-au numărat tineri care își doresc să urmeze o carieră în IT\, specialiști care și-au dorit să obțină cunoștințe suplimentare\, dar și angajați din alte sfere care au decis să se facă o reconversie profesională. \nLa Cahul\, beneficiarii au studiat timp de 4 luni cursul „Dezvoltare web” – o specialitate de top\, aflată în plină expansiune. În această perioadă\, pe lângă lecțiile teoretice\, participanții au aflat cum poate fi realizat un site complex de prezentare\, cu ajutorul ultimelor metode de operare\, cum pot deține controlul absolut asupra codurilor pe care le scriu\, dar și cum pot modifica dezvoltarea acestora\, în funcție de cerințele specifice ale clienților. Un interes sporit a fost acordat și metodelor de securizare a site-ului creat. \nPe lângă cunoștințele acumulate\, participanții s-au bucurat de o acoperire de 70% din costul total al instruirii\, iar la final\, au primit certificate de absolvire. \nExperiența beneficiarilor acestui curs \n \nOctavian Guglea\, student: „Când am început în această vară să studiez la cursuri\, am înțeles că IT-ul mă fascinează\, fapt pentru care am decis să urmez o facultate în acest domeniu. Anterior\, nu am avut nicio tangență cu tehnologiile informaționale\, doar ce am cercetat și studiat singur\, pentru că sunt curios și dispus să mă dezvolt. În cadrul lecțiilor am învățat Front-End\, Back-End\, HTML\, CSS – diferite limbaje de programare\, care mă vor ajuta în viitor să obțin un job. Momentan\, domeniul IT oferă multe posibilități\, lucrând la o companie multinațională ești tratat extreme de bine\, sunt oferite mai multe metode de relaxare și odihnă\, de asemenea\, ești bine-plătit.” \nOleg Danilceac\, prorector al Universității de Stat „B.P.Hasdeu” din Cahul: „În funcția pe care o dețin\, ghidez serviciul IT al universității\, fiind și persoana care gestionează site-ul instituției. Dețineam cunoștințe generale despre administrare și întreținere\, dar am vrut să văd și să înțeleg pe interior aceste coduri pentru că trebuia cumva să-mi legiferez cochetarea mea cu acest domeniu\, printr-un curs specializat. Datorită acestor lecții\, pe lângă faptul că acum putem să dezvoltăm site-ul instituției de învățământ\, educăm spre dezvoltare și alți specialiști IT.” \nCapitalul uman calificat\, la mare căutare în Cahul \nLa Cahul\, lipsa resurselor umane calificate este resimțită\, în special\, de companiile locale. Acest fapt este confirmat și de către antreprenorii regionali\, dar și de către profesorii care predau industria IT la instituțiile de învățământ din zonă. \nGheorghe Pădure\, profesor de informatică\, mentor al cursului: „La sud\, avem companii care în mod constant sunt în căutare de lucrători calificați. În mod special aici\, la Cahul\, aceste cursuri au o importanță majoră pentru că vin să completeze locurile lipsă din cadrul companiilor. Pe durata programului\, începătorii și-au pus o bază informațională bună pentru a putea depune CV-ul și pentru a obține un job în cadrul companiilor locale\, iar cei care și-au aprofundat cunoștințele datorită cursului sunt gata să treacă la altă etapă profesională.” \nDespre Programul de Burse în IT \nLa prima ediție Programul de Burse în IT a fost dezvoltat în două regiuni ale țării – Bălți și Cahul. Inițiativa a fost desfășurată cu susținerea Agenției Elvețiene pentru Dezvoltare și Cooperare (SDC) în cadrul Proiectului „Optim – Oportunități prin Tehnologii și Inovație în Moldova”\, implementat de Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation în parteneriat cu Camera de Comerț și Industrie a Republicii Moldova\, dar și cu sprijinul Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare și al Suediei în cadrul Proiectului TEKWILL. \nOlesea Vieru\, Coordonator Sectorul TIC\, „Optim”: „Proiectul „Optim” își propune să dezvolte competențele profesionale și accesul la informații\, prin diminuarea disparităților regionale oferind sisteme de piață egale pentru toți. Prin intermediul programelor pe care le dezvoltăm avem drept scop să oferim acces egal tuturor specialiștilor și viitorilor profesioniști la salarii competitive\, oportunități de angajare\, posibilități de evoluție în carieră etc. Dreptul la educație trebuie să fie\, deopotrivă\, accesibil în mod egal pentru toți\, iar componenta teritorială nu este un impediment în acest sens. Suntem mândri că am reușit să aducem un plus de valoare companiilor locale dar și capitalului uman care activează în regiuni\, oferindu-le șanse în plus de a se dezvolta reciproc.” \nAna Chirița\, directoarea proiectului TEKWILL: „Sectorul IT se dezvoltă nu doar în centrul țării\, acolo unde sunt concentrate o bună parte din companiile de profil. Programul de burse în IT este primul pas pe care deja l-am făcut pentru a crea oportunități pentru capitalul uman din regiuni\, dar și pentru companiile IT locale. DESCRIPTION:Zeci de startup-uri sunt create în fiecare an în Moldova\, însă doar câteva reușesc să atragă investiții\, iar ulterior să devină business-uri performante. Celor curajoși le vin în ajutor mai multe inițiative de dezvoltare lansate cu suportul partenerilor internaționali\, așa cum este și „Moldova Startup Week 2020” (16-20 noiembrie 2020) – cel mai important eveniment local dedicat antreprenoriatului. Timp de cinci zile\, participanții vor avea acces la sesiuni și ateliere de lucru online și offline\, întâlniri cu investitorii\, „demo days”\, expertiză cu privire la cadrul legal\, schimb de experiență\, informații despre sursele de finanțare pentru cei care își doresc să creeze sau gestionează deja un startup\, politici de țară pentru dezvoltarea ecosistemului antreprenorial din Moldova\, prezentarea actorilor din domeniu și altele. „Moldova Startup Week 2020” este un eveniment Techstars organizat de Programul Startup Moldova cu suportul Agenției pentru Dezvoltare Internațională a Statelor Unite (USAID) și a Suediei\, în cadrul Proiectului TEKWILL. \nAna Chirița\, directoarea Proiectului TEKWILL: „Moldova Startup Week reprezintă cea mai importantă platformă locală în care toți cei implicați – autorități\, asociații de profil\, sectorul privat\, parteneri de dezvoltare\, comunitatea internațională etc.- s-au aliniat pentru o misiune comună\, cu un puternic impact pe viitor și care ne poate propulsa în topul ecosistemelor locale de startup-uri din lume. Asta pentru că platforma va facilita întreținerea unui dialog constructiv pentru dezvoltarea economiei bazată pe tehnologie și inovație\, aplicarea tendințelor internaționale și crearea oportunităților pentru startup-urile locale. „Moldova Startup Week 2020” face parte din seria de proiecte dezvoltate de TEKWILL în cadrul Programului Național Startup Moldova. Avem tineri cu idei inovative\, iar cu expertiza și suportul necesar\, ecosistemul local va intra pe trend ascendent.” \nEuropa centrală și de est în atenția investitorilor străini \nPână acum 10 ani\, Europa Centrală și de Est nu figura pe harta destinațiilor tech atractive pentru investitorii străini. Totuși\, datorită amplificării generate de „unicorni” precum Skype sau Avast\, dar și apariția unor ecosisteme în creștere\, regiunea devine un concurent important în domeniul tehnologiilor. \nVecinii noștri din est\, ucrainenii s-au remarcat deja la nivel internațional cu mai multe companii de succes precum Whatsapp (Jan Koum)\, Paypal și Affirm (Max Levchin) etc. Asociat cu peste 200.000 de profesioniști IT și costuri scăzute ale forței de muncă\, sectorul de outsourcing din Ucraina s-a dezvoltat vertiginos în ultimii ani. Actualmente\, aproximativ 100 de companii multinaționale și-au deschis birourile de cercetare și dezvoltare în Ucraina\, printre care se numără Samsung sau Siemens. \nȘi România a devenit o destinație atractivă pentru investitorii străini. Un exemplu de succes este UiPath – startup-ul românesc cu o valoare de cca 7 mlrd. de dolari. În prezent\, este considerat cel mai valoros startup de inteligență artificială din lume. Compania își are sediul în SUA și mai are reprezentanțe în alte 6 țări\, fiind specializată în dezvoltarea tehnologiei de automatizare software pentru procesele de lucru. \nUn alt exemplu este și Bitfender – companie evaluată la 600 mln dolari (2017)\, dar și un lider global de securitate cibernetică care protejează peste 500 de milioane de sisteme în peste 150 de țări. Dintre cele mai importante 50 de centre de tehnologie europeană\, conform The European Digital City Index\, București se situează pe locul 10 din cele 12 orașe din Europa de Est cu cele mai bune ecosisteme pentru companiile noi. \nMoldova ocupă locul 64 într-un clasament internațional realizat de Blink (sursa:startupblink.com)\, top ce apreciază puterea de pornire a ecosistemelor. Potrivit unor date statistice ale Proiectului TEKWILL\, în Republica Moldova există peste 100 de startup-uri\, însă potențialul țării este mult mai mare. \nStartup-urile din Moldova – pe drumul către succes \nÎn ultimii ani\, în țara noastră\, au fost făcuți pași importanți în acest sens: crearea spațiilor de co-working\, programe de training pentru fondatorii startup-urilor\, cursuri de gestionare a afacerilor\, de marketing\, dar și pentru acces la investiții. Rezultatele nu s-au lăsat așteptate. Micile afaceri au furnizat noi oportunități și modele de angajare și au dezvoltat aptitudinile tinerilor. Totodată\, i-au încurajat să rămână acasă și să-și folosească potențialul pentru dezvoltarea economică a țării. Printre dintre cele mai active startup-uri locale sunt XOR\, Retently\, Vintage\, Lobster ș.a. Un exemplu de succes este și Zeroqode – startup care promovează o tehnologie fără cod ce face lansarea unor noi aplicații\, afaceri sau produse de 10 ori mai rapidă\, fără a fi necesare abilități de programare sau fond tehnic. În mai puțin de doi ani\, echipa proiectului a devenit lider internațional pe nișa de dezvoltare web fără cod. O altă istorie de succes este platforma Planable.io – un instrument de colaborare prin care agențiile\, freelancerii și echipele de marketing își pot eficientiza crearea și administrarea conținutului pe rețelele sociale. În 2017\, după mai multe încercări\, startup-ul a fost acceptat în cadrul unuia dintre cele mai importante acceleratoare din Europa – TechStars London – și a primit finanțare. De asemenea\, fondatorii startup-urilor au fost incluși în lista „30 Under 30 Europe 2019” întocmită de Forbes SUA. \nSillicon Valley este considerat „raiul” startup-urilor\, însă pentru a avea succes nu trebuie să fii prezent neapărat pe teritoriul Statelor Unite ale Americii. Un exemplu relevant este Israelul\, un stat mic\, fără resurse naturale\, care produce mai multe companii startup de succes decât alte ţări precum China\, India sau Canada. Vorbim despre soluții pentru automatizarea proceselor\, îmbunătățirea instrumentelor de desfășurare a afacerilor\, facilitarea utilizării comerțului electronic prin încurajarea colaborării intersectoriale și altele. \n  \nAna Chirița\, Directoarea Proiectului TEKWILL: „Proiectul TEKWILL și-a luat angajamentul de a oferi soluții digitale pentru mai multe sectoare strategice ale economiei naționale. Prin programul național Startup Moldova „Digital IMPACT”\, am colectat date despre dificultățile industriilor și despre potențialele soluții IT existente pe piață\, iar ulterior am încurajat colaborarea trans-sectorială. Mai mult\, am lansat mai multe programe de educație antreprenorială combinate cu elementele oferite de soluțiile IT\, iar acum suntem la etapa de identificare și aprobare a 10 soluții pentru domenii diferite\, care vor putea fi pliate pentru mai multe sectoare și care vor contribui la dezvoltarea acestora. Și asta pentru că la Startup Moldova creștem idei care schimbă lumea.” \n  \n„Academia AgTech” – instruiri necesare pentru tineri în domeniul agriculturii \n  \nInițiativa de instruire a tinerilor în domeniul agricol este lansată de portalul specializat Agrobiznes.md\, cu susținerea Proiectului USAID Agricultura Performantă în Moldova (APM) și a Proiectului TEKWILL ”Startup Moldova Digital IMPACT” pentru digitalizarea agriculturii\, finanțat de USAID și Suedia. \n  \nOleg Stiopca\, Responsabil Dezvoltarea Forței de Muncă\, proiectul Agricultura Performantă în Moldova/USAID: „Conform studiilor realizate la începutul proiectului APM/USAID\, tinerilor care își fac studiile la specialitățile agricole le lipsesc așa numitele “soft skills”\, adică niște abilități ce țin de comunicare\, leadership\, lucru în echipă. Cu certitudine\, AgTech Academy va suplini aceste carențe în pregătirea unor specialiști de forță care vor face din agricultură o afacere de succes.” \n  \nAstfel\, în parteneriat cu Startup Academy\, mai multe cursuri de instruire urmează a fi organizate în următoare perioadă\, în condițiile în care progresul agriculturii din țară necesită expertiză suplimentară. 40 de tineri urmează a fi selectați pentru a participa la cele 2 ediții ale Academiei – toamnă/iarnă 2020 și primăvară/vară 2021. În cadrul acestora\, vor fi organizate o serie de instruiri\, unde își vor dezvolta gândirea corporativă\, vor învăța secretele planificării strategice\, digitalizarea agriculturii și nu doar. \n  \nSergiu Jaman\, fondatorul Agrobiznes: „Suntem siguri că agricultura poate deveni atractivă pentru tinerii specialiști chiar imediat după absolvire. Împreună cu tinerii și companiile private vom continua să identificăm problemele care\, la moment\, fac sectorul agricol mai puțin atractiv\, dar și soluțiile.” \n  \nAstfel\, AgTech devine prima Academie din Moldova destinată tinerilor specialiști pasionați de agricultură\, care va funcționa ca o platformă de de dialog între potențialii angajatori și angajați și totodată va oferi posibilitatea tinerilor să-și dezvolte abilitățile solicitate de companiile din domeniu. Instruirile vin cu o serie de beneficii practice\, iar la încheierea cursului\, tinerii vor avea oportunitatea de a-și consolida cunoștințele acumulate în cadrul a 5 companii de top din sectorul agrar. SUMMARY:DOMENIUL IT\, O SOLUȚIE PENTRU ANTREPRENORII DE LA CAHUL
DESCRIPTION:  \nȘi-a creat propriul site pentru afacerea pe care o gestionează. Istoria unei antreprenoare de la Cahul\, care a studiat un curs în domeniul IT. \nÎn secolul digitalizării\, sectoarele strategice din Republica Moldova sunt conectate tot mai mult cu domeniul IT. Acest lucru generează o cerere de specialiști calificați mult peste oferta pieței muncii. Lipsa de profesioniști este simțită în capitală și în alte regiuni ale țării\, chiar dacă multe companii sunt dispuse să ofere pe lângă un salariu bun\, și o serie de beneficii. Cu toate acestea\, pentru a dezvolta o carieră în această industrie\, specialiștii trebuie să dispună de abilități digitale racordate la necesitățile actuale ale domeniului. \nDomeniul IT\, o soluție pentru antreprenorii de la Cahul. \nCompetențele digitale au devenit o prioritate nu doar pentru tinerii specialiști IT\, dar și pentru micii antreprenori din țară. Necesitatea de a-și adapta modelul afacerii la noua realitate reconfigurată de pandemie\, i-a pus în situația de a fi prezenți mai mult în mediul online. Iar pentru a înțelege cum funcționează și cum pot fi integrate tehnologiile informaționale în dezvoltarea afacerii\, au avut nevoie să dobândească noi abilități și cunoștințe. \nEste și cazul Nataliei Arman\, o antreprenoare din Cahul\, pe care pandemia de Covid-19 a pus-o în situația să-și treacă afacerea pe care o gestionează în mediul digital. În cazul ei\, soluția a fost crearea unui site e-commerce\, prin intermediul căruia să-și vândă produsele alimentare de tip fast-food. \nLa acea etapă\, lipsa de cunoștințe în domeniul IT a fost un impediment în realizarea planului propus. Timp de 4 luni\, Natalia Arman a făcut cursul „Dezvoltarea web”\, un domeniu foarte solicitat pe piața muncii. La lecții a învățat și a pus în practică un șir de informații utile ca să poată realiza individual un site web. \nCursul face parte din „Programul de Burse în IT” pentru regiunea Cahul\, dezvoltat de Tekwill în parteneriat cu proiectul „Optim”\, care și-a propus extinderea oportunităților de dezvoltare în regiuni și oferirea de noi posibilități pentru tinerii specialiști. \n \nNatalia Arman\, antreprenoare\, beneficiară a cursului: „Despre cursurile în IT am aflat de pe internet\, tocmai în perioada în care începea pandemia. M-am gândit că este tocmai momentul potrivit să încerc să utilizez eficient timpul pe care îl am. Citind mai multe informații despre lecții\, atenția mi s-a focusat asupra faptului că la finalul cursului vom putea crea un site. Am înțeles că este o oportunitate bună să învăț ceva și speram că încă dispun de capacități autodidactice.” \nDecizia fermă de a studia domeniul IT s-a bazat pe faptul că trebuia să continue să-și dezvolte afacerea și în condițiile crizei sanitare globale\, dar și din lipsa de resurse financiare pentru a contracta specialiști IT calificați. \nNatalia Arman\, antreprenoare\, beneficiară a cursului: „Carantina mi-a arătat cât de important este să fii prezent în online. Căutând printre dezvoltatorii locali care ar putea să realizeze un site pentru întreprinderea noastră\, fiind una mică și locală\, am înțeles că este foarte costisitor acest serviciu și nu ne putem permite. Plus la aceasta\, în încercarea mea de a le explica ce fel de platformă avem nevoie\, mi-am dat seama că nu cunosc absolut deloc IT-ul și nu știu cum să le spun în termeni specifici despre necesitățile noastre.” \n„Dezvoltarea web” – curs complet de creare a unui site \nLecțiile din cadrul cursului „Dezvoltarea web” au fost predate de mentori cu experiență\, după programe de instruire special concepute și ajustate rigorilor curente ale industriei. \nNatalia Arman\, antreprenoare\, beneficiară a cursului: „Cursurile au fost foarte informative\, cu multe exemple practice și informații care trebuiau asimilate. Iar pentru a menține ritmul\, deseori era necesar să studiem individual\, să cercetăm\, să căutăm ceva nou. Metodele de predare erau structurate astfel încât\, după fiecare lecție\, rămâneam curioși să continuăm să învățăm singuri.” \nÎn dorința de a studia un domeniu nou și de a-și dezvolta afacerea\, antreprenoarea a fost susținută și de către familie. \nNatalia Arman\, antreprenoare\, beneficiară a cursului: „Am 3 copii\, dintre care unul este foarte mic\, care necesită atenție sporită din partea mea. Mă bucur că familia m-a susținut și mi-a permis să fiu conectată online la lecții timp de 3 ore\, de 3 ori pe săptămână\, și să particip activ la însușirea temelor.” \nLa final\, fiecare participant al cursului și-a dezvoltat proiectul personal. Platforma web pe care și-a dorit-o atât de mult Natalia Arman pentru afacerea sa este gata în proporție de 90% și urmează să fie lansată în scurt timp. \nNatalia Arman\, antreprenoare\, beneficiară a cursului: „Astfel de programe de educație sunt benefice pentru micii antreprenori. Din imposibilitatea de a angaja sau de a colabora cu companii specializate\, reprezentanții micului business se confruntă cu impedimente în dezvoltarea afacerii pe care o au. Datorită cursului\, pot înțelege necesitățile companiei\, de unde să înceapă și ce pași trebuie să urmeze pentru a progresa.” \n  \nDespre Programul de Burse în IT \nCu scopul extinderii oportunităților de dezvoltare în regiuni și crearea premiselor pentru conectarea potențialului capitalului uman cu posibilitățile oferite de companiile IT locale\, Proiectul TEKWILL în parteneriat cu Proiectul „Optim” au lansat Programul de Burse în IT. Inițiativa este realizată în regiunile Bălți și Cahul\, cu susținerea Agenției Elvețiene de Cooperare și Dezvoltare în cadrul Proiectului „Optim – Oportunități prin Tehnologii și Inovație in Moldova‘”\, implementat de Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation în parteneriat cu Camera de Comerț și Industrie a Republicii Moldova\, precum și cu sprijinul Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare și Suediei în cadrul Proiectului TEKWILL. Participanții la programul „Burse pentru programe de instruire în domeniul IT” s-au bucurat de acoperire financiară a taxelor de studii în proporție de 70%. DESCRIPTION:IT-ul este unul dintre acele domenii care atrage un număr tot mai mare de tineri pentru că este industria care oferă posibilitatea unei creșteri profesionale continue\, iar învățatul nu se oprește niciodată. Toți își doresc să-și aprofundeze competențele digitale ca să obțină locul de muncă dorit. Industria IT vine în întâmpinarea tuturor celor ambițioși care-și doresc o carieră în IT\, iar printre atuurile sale categorice se numără oferta bogată de joburi și specializări. Poziția de Developer oferă posibilitățile nenumărate\, fie în Dezvoltare Software\, fie în Inginerie Software. \n  \nStanislav Spatari este Developer Node.js la Best4U International\, iar deja cinci ani își trăiește visul și se bucură de un job competitiv. \nStanislav Spatari\, Node.js Developer\, Best4U International: „Decizia de a-mi schimba cariera a apărut pe neașteptate\, acum 5 ani\, când eram angajat al unei bănci și într-o clipă de repaus m-am întrebat dacă activitatea mea în acea perioadă era ceva ce aș vrea să fac toată viața. Am simțit nevoia de o schimbare\, dar nu știam în ce direcție anume îmi doream să continui. Așa că m-am sfătuit cu părinții și colegii mei\, toți provenind din domenii profesionale diferite\, și în urma unei analize de piață am decis că o carieră în IT ar fi o alegere bună pentru mine.” \nOdată identificat potențialul pentru o carieră IT\, rămânea doar identificarea pașilor care trebuie parcurși pentru o carieră în tehnologie. \nStanislav Spatari\, Node.js Developer\, Best4U International: „Nu știam dacă să iau cursuri de la universitate sau să învăț de sine stătător. Câțiva prietenii m-au sfătuit să analizez oportunitățile oferite de Universitatea Tehnică din Moldova. Mi-a trezit interes specializarea Ingineria Software\, filiera anglofonă și\, într-un final\, am ales această direcție.” \nSuccesul în cariera IT are la bază cunoștințe teoretice dobândite în mediul academic\, însă o mare parte a abilităților practice se „câștigă” la locul de muncă sau prin ore suplimentare de studiu. \nStanislav Spatari\, Node.js Developer\, Best4U International: „Anii mei de facultate au fost faini. Frecventam des evenimentele tematice organizate de Facultate\, participam alături de colegii la concursuri și hackathoane IT și\, în paralel\, am început să lucrez. Toate aceste experiențe însumate au contribuit la creșterea dorinței mele de a mă aprofunda în acest domeniu.” \nMulte companii tehnologice apreciază aptitudinile digitale practice și urmăresc să angajeze o persoană capabilă să rezolve subiectele tech rapid și eficient. \nStanislav Spatari\, Node.js Developer\, Best4U International: „În viziunea mea\, universitatea îți oferă o culegere de noțiuni teoretice\, pe bună dreptate utile\, fiindcă deseori din ele primești întrebări la interviul de angajare. Dar\, pentru angajatori\, cunoștințele teoretice trebuie completate cu abilități aplicabile\, ei vor să vadă că știi să te descurci\, să înveți de sine stătător\, că ești mereu curios\, pui întrebări colegilor sau persoanelor cu experiență\, iar sfaturile lor te ajută să-ți menții echilibrul în parcursul tău prin industria IT.” \nÎn consecință a creșterii rapide a industriei software și a posibilităților digitale\, alegerea direcției corecte a devenit o sarcină complicată\, în special pentru cei care se arată interesați de provocările variate propuse de cuprinzătoarea industrie IT. \nStanislav Spatari\, Node.js Developer\, Best4U International: „În domeniu IT îmi plac mai multe direcții\, mă văd activând în dezvoltarea aplicațiilor web\, dar și activități de back-end și inginerie software. În prezent\, mă concentrez mai mult de back-end în Node.js\, pentru că este o tehnologie puternică prin conținutul său și populară în rândul companiilor. Și dacă posedarea acestui „framework” JavaScript este actuală și-mi oferă un loc de muncă avantajos – înseamnă că merită a fi învățat!” \nUn programator de succes se documentează constant despre noile tehnologii și permanent învață noi limbaje de programare\, cunoaște detalii și actualizări despre tehnologiile deja existente. Există mai multe modalități de a te „apropia” de industria tehnologică: training-uri online\, stagii de practică\, surse digitale accesibile și tutoriale. Întrebarea rămâne: ce anume să înveți? \nDeoarece orice aplicație web este creată pe baza unui set de coduri complexe\, dezvoltatorii trebuie să acorde atenție la crearea logicii din spatele aplicațiilor\, să stabilească un nivel potrivit al performanței aplicației și să asigurare faptului că cererile utilizatorilor sunt procesate temeinic de către sistemul în funcțiune. Fiind un inginer software este musai să cunoști ce soluții se potrivesc aplicațiilor cu care lucrezi\, îi sfătuiește Stanislav pe tinerii dezvoltatori de software. \nStanislav Spatari\, Node.js Developer\, Best4U International: „Pentru a fi un Developer de succes\, trebuie să cunoști fragmente din toate ramurile domeniului IT\, începând cu noțiuni teoretice\, structuri de date și algoritmi\, până la cunoștințe JavaScript\, TypeScript-ul\, arhitecturi pentru back-end\, vorbim aici despre un domeniu complex. Este avantajos faptul că aceste cunoștințe pot fi aplicate și în alte limbaje de programare\, nu doar în node.js.” \nCu încredere și entuziasm în priviri\, Stanislav îi încurajează pe începători să nu se lase ușor dezamăgiți\, să continue task-urile încrezuți chiar dacă nu reușesc din prima încercare. Povestind din experiența proprie\, Stanislav consideră că așa este viața unui programator\, plină cu urcușuri și coborâșuri\, unde încerci de zece ori și răspunsul vine abia la cea de-a 11-a verificare. Îndemnul lui Stanislav pentru cei care visează la o carieră în IT este să fie pregătiți să muncească mult\, uneori chiar să-și dedice timpul liber pentru activitatea preferată\, căci doar așa poți „culege” rezultate performante. \n \nDespre campania #AlegCarieraIT \nReportajul a fost realizat în cadrul Campaniei de promovare a Carierei IT\, implementată în cadrul Proiectului Tekwill de către Asociația Națională a Companiilor din Domeniul TIC (ATIC) cu susținerea Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională și a Suediei. Startul campaniei a fost dat în anul 2012\, având drept obiectiv să le comunice tinerilor care sunt oportunitățile și avantajele pe care le generează activitatea în domeniul IT. Campania încurajează tinerii să afle mai multe informații despre profesiile și oportunitățile din domeniul IT\, demonstrând stereotipurile existente și promovând istoriile unor profesioniști care inspiră. În același timp\, acțiunile se axează pe ideea că la temelia succesului și a performanței stau munca\, atitudinea conștiincioasă\, dedicarea și dorința de a te dezvolta încontinuu. Istoriile de succes insistă pe setarea corectă a motivațiilor: decizia de a opta pentru o carieră în IT trebuie să fie una responsabilă\, bazată pe avantajele\, dar și rigorile acestui domeniu.

Alături de autoritățile publice\, la acest panel vor participa experți locali și internaționali\, dar și partenerii de dezvoltare. Programul primei zile va fi completat de alte două paneluri de discuții despre modalitățile de colaborare a sectorul privat și public cu universitățile din țară pentru a încuraja dezvoltarea inovațiilor. În paralel\, organizația XY va desfășura un workshop cu startup-urile locale\, pe parcursul căruia vor vorbi despre pașii care trebuie urmați în pregătirile pentru pitch-uri pentru a atrage atenția potențialilor investitori\, iar spre finalul zilei\, participanții vor afla despre programele și oportunitățile de care pot beneficia startup-urile locale.\n\n  \n\n„Startup Show case” – 17 noiembrie. În cea de a doua zi de Moldova Startup Week 2020 vom prezenta publicului larg startup-urile locale. Astfel\, studenții\, liber profesioniștii\, angajații și entuziaștii din domeniul digital vor fi familiarizați cu cele mai cunoscute startup-uri din țară. Mai mulți fondatori de afaceri\, care au gândit liber și au avut curajul să treacă peste orice bariere\, își vor prezenta istoriile de succes. Participanții vor avea posibilitatea să asculte discursuri motivaționale\, dar și sfaturi practice despre cum să parcurgi mai ușor drumul de la idee la afacere. De asemenea\, în această zi\, vom prezenta rezultatele votării online a celui mai bun startup local ales de publicul larg prin intermediul unei aplicații.\n\n  \n\n„Matching Day” – 18 noiembrie – o zi întreagă de sesiuni online\, care vor conecta startup-urile cu mentori\, acceleratori și investitori pentru a lucra împreună la îmbunătățirea viitoarelor inițiative. Participanții vor avea posibilitatea să-și prezinte produsele potențialilor clienți\, să colecteze feedback și sugestii\, să stabilească conexiuni cu alți membri ai comunității autohtone de startup-uri. Ei vor participa și la ateliere practice\, la care vor afla despre cum să-și „vândă” afacerile sau ideile în fața investitorilor. Atelierele vor avea loc offline și se vor desfășura cu ușile închise.\n\n  \n\n„Vertical Day”- 19 noiembrie. Cea de-a patra zi a Moldova Startup Week 2020 va cuprinde mai multe acțiuni dedicate inovațiilor din diverse ramuri. Winetech\, AgTech\, MedTech\, EdTch\, Fintech – sunt domeniile care vor fi discutate în cadrul grupurilor de interes online și la care participanții vor afla vor afla mai multe practici inovative relevante și soluții digitale de la experți locali și internaționali.\n\n  \n\n„Corporate Innovations Day”. Ultima zi a evenimentului va fi dedicată inovațiilor corporative. Profesioniști din managementul unor companii de referință din domeniul tech vor aduce în scenă detalii din culise despre rolul și importanța inovațiilor în business-ul lor și modul în care sunt create și implementate în activitatea de zi cu zi.\n\n  \nMoldova Startup Week este un eveniment marca Techstars\, care are loc în peste 50 de țări din lume. Acesta e desfășurat în cadrul comunităților antreprenoriale pentru a aduce împreună oameni relevanți în construirea ecosistemului antreprenorial\, de la reprezentanți ai administrației publice\, viitori antreprenori\, investitori și organizații de suport. „Techstars Startup Week” este organizat de Startup Moldova cu sprijinul Agenției Statelor Unite pentru Dezvoltare Internațională (USAID) și a Suediei în cadrul Proiectului Tekwill.
