DESCRIPTION:Prima ediție a Academiei AgTech s-a bucurat de popularitate în rândul tinerilor\, care s-au înscris la sesiunile de instruire ce i-au avut în calitate de speakeri pe cei mai buni specialiști în domeniul agricol și IT.\n\nDacă nu ai reușit să fii parte a comunității AgTech\, poți să o faci acum completând formularul de participare la cea de-a doua ediție a Academiei\, care se va desfășura online în perioada 01 – 30 aprilie 2021.\n\nVezi mai jos câteva impresii cu care au rămas tinerii ce au fost selectați pentru participare la prima ediție a Academiei Agtech:\nhttps://agrobiznes.md/a-fost-extraordinar-vezi-impresiile…\n\nÎnregistrează-te pentru a participa la Academia AgTech\, completând formularul:\nhttps://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLScJQFuVhfrmuA…/viewform\n\nPe parcursul a 4 săptămâni\, vor fi organizate o serie de instruiri\, unde tinerii selectați își vor dezvolta gândirea corporativă\, vor învăța secretele planificării strategice\, digitalizarea agriculturii și nu doar.\n\nAstfel\, AgTech devine prima Academie din Moldova destinată tinerilor specialiști pasionați de agricultură\, care va funcționa ca o platformă de dialog între potențialii angajatori și angajați.\n\nInstruirile vin cu o serie de beneficii practice\, iar la încheierea cursului\, tinerii vor avea oportunitatea de a-și consolida cunoștințele acumulate în cadrul companiilor de top din sectorul agrar și vor obține Certificate de participare.\n\nAstfel\, programul de instruire va asigura:\n1. funcționarea unei platformă de dialog viabile între tinerii profesioniști și reprezentanții sectorului privat\, dar și noi oportunități de angajare prin intermediul modulului Stagii/Internship;\n2. organizarea cursurilor online de marketing\, antreprenoriat și digitalizarea agriculturii\, în parteneriat cu Startup Academy;\n3. organizarea webinar-iilor pentru studenții și managerii instituțiilor de învățământ cu profil agrar;\n4. ghidare în carieră și prezentarea celor mai importante aspecte de care trebuie să țină cont pe parcursul studiilor\, pentru a corespunde cerințelor angajatorului;\n5. dezvoltarea competențelor soft pentru tinerii specialiști\, printre care lucru în echipă\, comunicare\, orientare spre rezultat.\nAmintim că\, peste 40 de tineri din cadrul instituțiilor de învățământ cu profil agricol din țară au participat în perioada 10 noiembrie – 02 decembrie la prima ediție a Academiei AgTech.\n\nUrmărește @Agrobiznes pentru a afla primele detalii despre condițiile de înscriere\, selectare și absolvire a cursurilor Academiei AgTech.
